Bangladesh Judicial Service Exam

The BJS Exam is held to select suitable candidates through a competitive exam for the post of Assistant Judge of Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission (Abbreviated as BJSC). This selection process is done through 3 exams. The exams are the preliminary exam, written exam, and viva exam. Candidates have to meet some qualifications to participate in the BJSC exam. Such as age of the candidate, educational qualification, physical qualification, etc.

Bar Council Exam

Enrolment to the bar is the term commonly used in Bangladesh to indicate that a person is licensed to practice law as an advocate. To obtain a license to practice law, all law graduates must sit for Advocate-ship Enrolment Test conducted by the Bangladesh Bar Council. Qualification Requirements: A citizen of Bangladesh who has obtained a law degree from any recognized University situated in Bangladesh or in abroad or was called to the Bar is entitled to be enrolled as an Advocate provide that he/she has to qualify in the enrolment examination held under the direction and supervision of the Enrollment Committee of the Bangladesh Bar Council.

Law Officer Exam

A legal officer’s duties are to monitor a firm’s legal affairs, ensuring that they remain in compliance with all laws and regulations concerning their field. As a legal officer, you work under the supervision of a senior or chief legal officer, who may also act as general counsel for the company. Your responsibilities are to review all documents, contracts, and changes to the legal landscape and examine how these changes affect the policies of the organization. You assess liabilities and risks and recommend courses of action to the CLO (Chief Learning Officer). You may also aid in internal investigations.
