1.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of online courses, e-books, and model tests are final. Refunds will not be provided once the purchase is completed, except as stated in this policy.
1.2 Eligibility for Refunds

- The product or course purchased is not delivered as promised.
- There is a technical issue that prevents access to the product, and our team is unable to resolve it within 7 working days.
- Duplicate transactions due to a technical error.

- Failure to complete the course within the validity period.
- Issues caused by the user’s device or internet connectivity.
2. Course Cancellation Policy
2.1 Once enrolled in an online course, cancellations are not allowed. However, if there is an error in enrollment, you must notify us within 24 hours to seek assistance.
2.2 In case a course is canceled by BDLRP for any reason, enrolled participants will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days or be offered an alternative course of equivalent value.
3. E-Books and Model Tests
3.1 Since e-books and model tests are instantly accessible, no refunds or returns will be processed once they are accessed.
3.2 If the download link is broken or the file is corrupted, contact us within 3 working days at support@bdlrp.com for a resolution.
4. Refund Process
4.1 If you believe you are eligible for a refund, submit a request by emailing refund@bdlrp.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for refund request
- Relevant screenshots (if applicable)
4.2 Our team will review your request and respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
